Excellent. "Graphics" is one of the areas you will need to attract those people don't care as much about the strategy aspect.
Looks Good but I still think goaly and defender should be swapped and you have got 2 L.Braga on the pitch. Could also maybe make the orange color a different, darker color to say what players we have on the pitch, clashes with the white a bit.

yes very good, perhaps the names of the players that are in the field should be bold so can distinguish better from the textured green of the field! the new formation box i think you should give some space between the lines and the word New formation so it looks better - not so clumsy.

I believe Danilo wrote the field drag&drop script, so he might try putting a different font there. The duplicate name is probably a bug.
Going to change the color of the selected players, and reformat the "New Formation" field. I've been messing with the overall design so far, since some screens are not complete I'll be changing some of them later as development goes on.
